UIPrompt

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 4, 2026

1. The service

UIPrompt ("the Service") is a visual component design tool that generates prompts for AI coding assistants. The Service is operated by the UIPrompt team ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts and free use

Free accounts require no payment method and include up to 3 saved components and single-component prompt export. Paid features (including unlimited components and the AI Design System Pack export) require a one-time license purchase. Your designs are retained regardless of purchase status.

3. Purchases and billing

The paid license is a one-time purchase processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com. It grants ongoing access to all paid features, including future component types and updates, with no recurring charges. Prices may change at any time; changes never affect an already-completed purchase.

4. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase, no questions asked. Request it via the contact pageor by replying to your Paddle receipt email, and we'll process it promptly.

5. Your content

You own everything you design in UIPrompt and every prompt it generates. We claim no rights over your designs or the UI produced from generated prompts, including for commercial use.

6. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the Service: no attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, resell without permission, or use the Service in violation of applicable law.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
