If UIPrompt isn't right for you, send us a message via the contact page(or reply to your Paddle receipt email) within 14 days of your first purchase and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked. Refunds are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com, back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

One-time purchase

UIPrompt is a one-time purchase, so there are no renewals or recurring charges to worry about. The 14-day money-back guarantee applies to that single purchase, counted from the day of payment.

How to request a refund

Message us via the contact page with the email on your account, or reply to any Paddle receipt email. Include the email you signed up with; we usually respond within one business day.

Your data

A refund never deletes your designs. Your account returns to the free tier and full access is restored if you purchase again later.
